Glenn Skuthorpe is a gifted songwriter and storyteller as well as a champion golfer and football player! Glenn is a Noonaburra man and he hails originally from the small community of Goodooga near Lightning Ridge. Glenn has performed at big festivals including the National and Woodford Folk Festivals. For the last 5 years, Glenn has been working as an Official Visitor with the Department of Correctional Services at Lithgow and Silverwater. At these correctional centres, his role is to liaise between the inmates, the Governor and the Inspector-General . He talks to the inmates, listening to their problems, helping them with the things going on ‘outside’ and speaking to the Governor on their behalf.
